Quantum Quarry Alpha 0.3 Released!

Lots of bug fixes in this release:

1. Updated building buttons to have outline and highlight when selected so you can see what you picked when playing on a phone.

2. Refinery requires a conveyor to be attached to prevent cheesing.

3. 5.0.FT-LK will properly ignore everything when evacuating.

4. Total player score resets when starting a new game.

5. Fixed some grammar in the game over message.

6. Player destroyed buildings will give half the gold back to the player.

7. Buildings can't be placed on blocked cells...again.

8. Gold won't be changed until the building is placed.

9. The lava planet event will properly mark the cell as destroyed.
