Quantum Quarry Beta 0.4 Released!

Lots of bug fixes and tutorial improvements:

1. Tutorials can be skipped by hitting the skip button in the corner or simply starting to build ahead of the tutorial.

2. The Crystal Planet level includes an explanation of the Refinery.

3. The Snowy Planet explains the Furnace.

4. The Lava Planet explains the lava bursts.

5. The level time will pause during the tutorials or any other time 5.0.FT-LK is going through a script.

6. Tutorials are a little slower to give time to read.

7. 5.0.FT-LK won't drop materials on Refineries anymore.

8. Spawners like the Mine at the bottom of the grid will spawn above instead of below.

9. Frozen buildings can't just be destroyed to avoid using the Furnace.

10. Tweaked the sell prices of refined materials to make it more worth it to place refineries.
